West Ham centre-back Issa Diop is one of two priority signings for Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho this summer, according to French media outlet Foot Mercato, and some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.

The 23-year-old joined the Hammers from Toulouse in the summer of 2018 for around £22.5 million (Mirror).
The Frenchman initially impressed at West Ham, but went through a rough patch at the start of this season.
Diop seems to have rediscovered his best form under David Moyes, however.
And now Foot Mercato are claiming that Jose Mourinho views the Hammers centre-back as the ideal addition to his squad.
Important player for West Ham
In 23 Premier League games this season, Diop has racked up 24 tackles, 39 interceptions and 122 clearances. He has also won 64% of his individual duals and 74% of his aerial battles (premierleague.com).
According to a report from Football Insider, however, the Hammers could be willing to sell the centre-back for £52 million this summer.
Losing Diop would be a huge blow. But for that kind of money, it will be very hard to keep hold of him.
