Some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to Cundy’s comments.
West Ham boss David Moyes is on the look-out for a new striker.
The Scot has already been linked with moves for numerous different centre-forwards.

One of those names is Danny Ings.
talkSPORT journalist/presenter Alex Crook recently claimed that the 28-year-old is a target for West Ham this summer.

The former Burnley and Liverpool hitman has suffered horrendous injury problems over the past few years.
The 28-year-old has missed an incredible 665 days through injury since the start of the 2015/16 season (Transfermarkt).

Ings is a very accomplished goalscorer but he just isn’t reliable enough from a fitness perspective.
This is surely one that we should avoid in the summer.
