According to Football Insider, West Ham are trying to sell Carlos Sanchez for £1 million in January, and some Hammers fans just want the Colombian gone, even if it means terminating his contract.

The 33-year-old joined the east London club from Fiorentina in the summer of 2018 for around £4 million (the Sun) and he has been an absolute flop ever since.

Sanchez has made just 15 appearances for West Ham, and has failed to make any kind of impact whatsoever.

It beggars belief that Manuel Pellegrini actually thought that the South American would be a good addition for the Hammers.

Football Insider claims that West Ham are now willing to cut their losses on the midfielder, and sell him for around £1 million in January.

Sanchez is out of contract in the summer, however, so there surely will not be a clamour for his signature in January.

One thing’s for sure, however, he will not be missed when he does eventually leave the London Stadium.

Some West Ham fans took to Twitter, and urged their club to get rid of Sanchez, even if it means terminating his contract…
