West Ham defender Ajibola Alese is a loan target for West Bromwich Albion. According to Sky Sports News, West Brom are hoping to sign Alese on loan but there are stumbling blocks to this deal.
Slaven Bilic is the new manager of West Brom with Julian Dicks on his coaching staff. Bilic will ask his old club for Alese but West Ham are currently demanding a loan fee, which is holding this deal up.
Alese could still move to West Brom and West Ham fans have been discussing the advantages of this on Twitter. The 18-year-old is highly regarded by the club and Manuel Pellegrini has included him in some first-team training sessions.

WAYNE ROONEY TO EVERTON IS A JOKE.
However, Alese is yet to make his first-team debut. And West Ham have now signed Goncalo Cardoso to compete with the four first-team central defensive options. Alese is probably the sixth choice centre-half at West Ham right now.
As a result, a loan spell could be beneficial. West Brom are at the high end of the Championship and he would surely develop well with game time in a lower division. Here are some tweets discussing this potential loan deal.
Why don’t we give him a chance over the new lad? Both similar, left footed etc
