If we do miss out on Lingard, however, all is not lost. Far from it.

That’s according to C&H who claim that the 25-year-old Baggies ace is on the Hammers’ radar.
It could be argued that Pereira would actually be a better option than Lingard.
The West Brom star is three-and-a-half years younger than the Manchester United man for a start.

He proved last year that he is an absolute menace from a deal ball situation as well.
The South American possesses one of the most wicked deliveries in the game.
The 25-year-old could be available for just £15 million too according to the Daily Star on Sunday (June 13th, page 41). What a bargain that would be for the Hammers!
