Cardiff City loan star Victor Camarasa is a summer target for a host of Premier League clubs, including West Ham, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish media outlet Marca reports that Everton, Leicester City, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham are interested in Camarasa, who currently plays for Real Betis.
Camarasa has spent the season on loan at Cardiff and has caught the eye. But the Bluebirds face a battle to keep him as they battle against relegation.
Real Betis could still let their midfield man leave on a permanent deal in the summer, though. And he is not short of suitors in the Premier League.
Camarasa has a release clause of €24m (just over £20m) but could be available for €15m (just less than £13m).
Who is Victor Camarasa?
Camarasa joined Cardiff on loan from Real Betis last summer and has been a key part of Cardiff’s team. In 26 league games, the 24-year-old has scored five goals and provided three assists.
One of Camarasa’s goals came against West Ham in the recent 2-0 loss against the Welsh side. This clearly caught Manuel Pellegrini’s attention.
The ex-Spain under-21 international has played for Levante, Alaves and Real Betis but now looks set to stay in England.
Cardiff are five points adrift of safety with seven games left to play and if they go down, four other Premier League clubs could pounce for Camarasa.
