The Hammers were first linked with a move for the 112-capped Bosnia international hitman last week.

West Ham ‘desperately’ trying to seal deal for Edin Dzeko
La Repubblica claim that the Hammers are doing everything they can to bring the former Manchester City hitman to the London Stadium.
The experienced Roma ace would be a useful short-term addition for David Moyes.
Dzeko has scored 346 goals in 731 career games for club and country. He’s scored eight goals in 20 games for Roma this season (Transfermarkt).

Paolo Di Canio recently described the striker as an ‘extraordinary’ player (AreaNapoli).
