Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is clearly keen to bolster his centre-forward ranks at Anfield.
So it is clear to see that West Ham may find it hard to beat Liverpool to the signing of the talented young Belgium International.
Charles De Ketelaere would be a superb addition for the Hammers. He really is a very exciting young prospect.

West Ham dealt big blow from Liverpool in Charles De Ketelaere race
With the Reds in the race for the Club Brugge ace as well, the Hammers had better act fast.
Liverpool have far superior spending power to West Ham so it may come down to how much regular football we can offer the Belgium international.
The Merseyside outfit’s interest in the 20-year-old is an undoubted inconvenience for the East London club.
The fact that Michail Antonio is our only striker works in our favour though.
At just 20, De Ketelaere has plenty of years left ahead of him to win big trophies.
Joining Liverpool and sitting on the bench for a couple of years will be no good whatsoever for his development.

So perhaps joining West Ham would actually be the better option for the Belgian in January.
De Ketelaere is comfortable playing anywhere along the front-line. He has exceptional technique and is very quick along the ground.
The youngster was described as an attacker with ‘fantastic trickery’ by Eurosport.
We would love it if David Moyes managed to bring him to the London Stadium in January.
