One West Ham United star is reportedly being targeted by Galatasaray, with their transfer window not set to close until September 13th.
West Ham enjoyed a fantastic summer transfer window.
Hammers boss Julen Lopetegui brought nine new players to the London Stadium, and moved on much of the deadwood.
In addition to that, the West Ham head coach managed to keep all of his best players at the club.
Overall, it was a fantastic transfer window for the Hammers, but things could be set to take a very big twist indeed.
That’s because one of West Ham’s key players is being heavily linked with an exit from the London Stadium.

The Turkish transfer window is still very much open, and doesn’t close until Friday September 13th.
It appears as though one of our best players is being targeted for a late transfer…
West Ham could lose Emerson Palmieri
It was actually claimed back in the summer that that Emerson Palmieri could leave the London Stadium, with a return to Italy thought to be on the cards.
However, the 30-year-old remained with West Ham in the end.
Now though, the Italy international is being heavily linked with Galatasaray, as the Turkish giants look to sign the West Ham star before their transfer window closes on Friday September 13th, according to a report from Sabah.
Now, I fully expect the Hammers to reject any offers Galatasaray make for Emerson Palmieri.
He is a vital player for us and we cannot afford to lose him with the next transfer window not set to open until January 1st.
Emerson has come on leaps and bounds over the past 12-18 months, and his ability on the ball and pace down the left hand side is incredibly important to the way that Lopetegui wants his team to play.
Aaron Cresswell is currently out injured as well, and let’s face it, he isn’t an able deputy for the former Chelsea man anyway.
So this one is surely a complete no-go.
I would be absolutely shocked if Emerson Palmieri left the London Stadium to join Galatasaray in the next three days.
