West Ham could get the fastest player in the world on a free after Adama Traore announcement but Everton are known admirers.
With the transfer window opening in less than two weeks for domestic deals, it is no surprise that West Ham and Everton are already being linked with a host of signings.
The Hammers and Toffees are likely to have two very different budgets. West Ham are said to have around £200m to spend including the money they receive from the sale of Declan Rice.
Everton are the subject of takeover speculation but have serious financial issues and FFP restraints mean they will be restricted in what they can do in the summer transfer window.
But don’t be surprised to see West Ham and Everton moving for a host of talent available as free agents.

One of those is Adama Traore at Wolves.
West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for Traore for years now. The Hammers have been linked with Traore in almost every window for the last five or six years.
Everton have also been linked with a move for the powerful winger in the last couple of windows (TeamTalk).
Indeed last summer West Ham and Everton were said to be going head-to-head in a battle to sign the Spaniard.
Now West Ham could get the fastest player in the world on a free after Traore announcement but Everton are known admirers.
Yesterday Wolves sporting director Matt Hobbs announced that Traore will be a free agent this summer having failed to agree a new deal with the attacker.

‘He’s earned the right to understand what else is out there’
Hobbs stated the club are still trying to persuade Traore to stay at Wolves. But he has been named on the club’s list of released players.
Hobbs said: “Adama is a player we’d like to keep and we’re still talking to him. He’s now out of contract, but it doesn’t mean there’s not an opportunity to still come to an agreement, so conversations will be ongoing. He’s probably earned the right to understand what else is out there…
“On every level we’d like to keep him. Sometimes it’s not possible, but we’ll certainly be trying.”
That will give huge hope to the likes of West Ham and Everton that they could land the jet-heeled but inconsistent former Barcelona star for nothing.

The fastest player on the planet for free? What’s there to think about?
Two players have recorded the fastest running speed in football. They are Kylian Mbappe of PSG and France, and – you guessed it – Traore.
According to SQAF, Mbappe and Traore have both recorded the same top speed of 38 km/h (23.61 mph) – the quickest on the planet.
Traore has always been marred by the inconsistency of his end product.
But his pace is a huge asset and if West Ham or Everton can get him on a free it would surely be a no-brainer.
There are bound to be a host of clubs thinking along those lines – but the Hammers and Everton will surely be among the biggest.
Should West Ham win the Europa Conference League final on Wednesday night, they will have the added lure of European football to add to living in London and being part of a better squad.
