West Ham want to sign Wolfsburg striker Wout Weghorst this summer according to a report from Calcio Mertcato.

The Hammers need for a top class centre-forward has been well-documented since Sebastien Haller left for Ajax in January.
West Ham have already been linked with a plethora of strikers.
Quite who David Moyes will end up bringing to the London Stadium, however, remains to be seen.
West Ham chasing Wout Weghorst
The Holland international would be an excellent option for the Hammers.
Standing at 6ft 6in tall, the 28-year-old is a top class target man and he would provide West Ham with a completely different option through the middle.
Weghorst has scored 25 goals in 41 games for Wolfsburg this season (Transfermarkt).
He also possess an impressive career record with 154 goals in 352 games to his name (Transfermarkt).
West Ham would have to pay around €30 million (£26 million) in order to sign Weghorst according to Buli News.
That does sound rather expensive for someone who will be 29 in August.
He would be a strong addition for the Hammers if we could pick him up for £20 million or less, however.
