Signing an established striker is undoubtedly West Ham’s priority this summer, but the opportunity to bring in Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech for just £25 million could be too good to turn down.

According to the Sun, the Moroccan ace has a £25 million buy-out clause.

And what a brilliant signing he could be for the Hammers.

Now, West Ham have plenty of wingers, including the likes of Felipe Anderson, Robert Snodgrass and Michail Antonio.

Ziyech, 26, is a truly elite player, however, and he would surely take the Hammers to another level entirely.

The right winger was on fire in Holland last season. He racked up 21 goals and 24 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions for Ajax.

The Morocco international possesses blistering pace, has exceptional technique, and plays with a certain kind of directness that is tailor-made for Manuel Pellegrini’s setup at the London Stadium.

The Daily Mail are reporting that West Ham are close to signing Sebastien Haller.

And if they do get the Frenchman, Ziyech should be their next port of call.

Haller, Ziyech and Anderson all playing together would make up a devastating front-line for the Hammers.

And Pellegrini cannot afford to miss out on the Ajax ace this summer.
