Steaua Bucharest owner Gigi Becali has said that West Ham can sign Darius Olaru but for nothing less than €10 million (£9 million).

Sport Ro claims that the Hammers want to sign the 22-year-old midfielder.
And FCSB owner told Sport Ro that West Ham can sign the Romania under-21 international, but only for £9 million:

“If they pay €10m, I will sell Olaru.”
David Moyes desperately needs to bring a new striker to the London Stadium this month.
It is fair to say that the Scot should be looking to sign a central midfielder as well, however.
West Ham to swoop in for Darius Olaru?
The 22-year-old would be an exciting if not risky signing for the Hammers.

The Romanian has racked up four goals and two assists in 13 games for FCSB this season whilst predominantly playing from midfield (Transfermarkt).
The left-footed ace can play on either wing or in the attacking midfield position as well as in the orthodox central midfield role.
He is obviously a completely unproven commodity, however. And signing him for £9 million would be a huge risk for West Ham.
If the Hammers can pick Darius Olaru for a bit cheaper than that fee then signing him might just be worth the risk, however.
