West Ham are keen to sign left-back Luca Pellegrini on loan before Tuesday’s deadline according to Goal’s Juventus reporter Romeo Agresti.
Hammers boss David Moyes is expected to be a very busy man in the transfer market between now and Tuesday.
West Ham finally got a deal to sign Kurt Zouma from Chelsea over the line yesterday.
Manchester United ace Jesse Lingard could be our next addition according to ExWHUemployee.
And now it seems as though Moyes is eyeing a left-back as well.
West Ham to make loan offer for Luca Pellegrini
Goal journalist Roma Agresti claims that the Hammers are trying to bring the Italy international to east London on loan before deadline day:
The 22-year-old joined Juventus from Roma in 2019 for around £19 million (SI Soccer).
Pellegrini has bags of pace, is an able defender and offers a lot going forward as well.
He spent the last two seasons on loan with Genoa and Cagliari respectively and impressed with both teams.
The 22-year-old clearly has something about him, Juventus wouldn’t have splashed out £19 million on him two years ago otherwise.
He would provide stiff competition and adequate cover for Aaron Cresswell at West Ham.

Pellegrini would be a great addition for the Hammers. The only thing we will say is that there really should be an option to buy clause included in the deal if we do bring the Italian to the London Stadium this summer.
