West Ham have agreed a deal to sign Michy Batshuayi on loan from Chelsea, according to journalist Ed Aarons of The Guardian.
But Real Betis have also agreed a deal to sign Batshuayi and it is now down to the player to decide.
Chelsea have agreed terms with West Ham and Real Betis over loan deal for Michy Batshuayi. Barring a late bid from Everton, player will decide where to go soon

Batshuayi’s time at Chelsea has been unsuccessful, scoring just 19 goals in 53 games since his 2016 move from Marseille.
But the Belgium international has often been used as a substitute in that time, playing second fiddle to Diego Costa for most of his time at Stamford Bridge.
Last season, the 25-year-old went on loan to Borussia Dortmund, scoring an impressive nine goals in 14 games for the Bundesliga giants.
But this season has been a disappointment on loan at Valencia. With just one goal in 15 La Liga games, Chelsea are ready to terminate his loan deal and send him elsewhere.
What are Batshuayi’s options?
As things stand, it looks like Batshuayi will have to decide between Real Betis and West Ham. He can either stay in La Liga and move to Betis or join the Hammers and move back to London.
But Everton could put a spanner in the works if they make a late bid. However, because the Toffees already have Kurt Zouma on loan, that would have to be a permanent switch.
