Samir Nasri’s West Ham career looks like it’s over after reliable insider EXWHUEmployee’s recent update on the midfielder.
On The West Ham Way podcast on Phoenix FM (Wednesday 15th May), EXWHUEmployee explained that the club have serious reservations about Nasri’s professionalism.
West Ham have offered Nasri a new pay-as-you-play deal. However, he keeps turning up late to training. This has made the club question his commitment and desire.
Moreover, Nasri believes he can earn more away from West Ham. He looks set to reject the deal with a basic salary and appearance-based incentives to try his luck elsewhere.

Samir Nasri at West Ham
West Ham eased their injury woes by signing Nasri on a free transfer at the beginning of January. After an 18-month doping ban, Nasri had been training with the Hammers to get back into shape.
The Frenchman looked impressive on debut against Birmingham City in the FA Cup. And he has always played well when called upon by West Ham.
But the 31-year-old has suffered a number of injury problems. This has limited him to just five Premier League outings (and two assists). Here are some tweets discussing EXWHUEmployee’s update on the Nasri situation.
Says ALOT about our clubs recruitment policy, our Board attracts agents/players that have little respect for the club/team and see our owners as desperate money machines with no serious history football pedigree.
