West Ham United have been linked with a move for Lorient star Alexis Claude-Maurice.
The Hammers and London rivals Arsenal have had bids turned down (MSN Sport).
Manuel Pellegrini wants to sign six players this summer.
His chief concerns are new strikers and a midfielder or two.

Claude-Maurice interesting Hammers
According to reputable Twitter account @EuroUnited6, the 20-year-old is thought to have also attracted interest from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Monaco.
Claude-Maurice is a France Under 20 international with bags of potential. His attacking talent in central midfield would complement the defensive acumen of Declan Rice perfectly.
And now the player has been filmed in London in a video on social media.

Video shows Hammers target in London
Claude-Maurice is a former teammate of Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi.
And the bad news for the Hammers is that the Gunners midfielder posted the video as his friend came to his house for a visit.
As a result the video has been re-posted by Arsenal fans convinced it means he is signing for them.

France youth star joins increasingly lengthy list
Of course that does not automatically mean Claude-Maurice is signing for Arsenal.
Indeed there may be no ulterior motive to the visit at all.
The midfielder is one of more than 40 players linked with the East Londoners so far this summer.
West Ham have just over two months to finalise their transfer business before the window slams shut.
