An utterly ludicrous new Tomas Soucek claim involving West Ham and Tottenham is surely transfer window drivel.
Rumours have abound for some time that all was not well behind the scenes between the big Czech favourite and West Ham’s manager David Moyes.
And there was talk Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is seriously interested in the West Ham star.

Football London reported that Tottenham head coach Conte is a fan of Soucek. And The Express claimed Spurs are keen on signing the player – stating the Hammers value him at £40 million.
West Ham fans laughed off the rumours that they would sell one of their top players – or any player for that matter – to Tottenham.
Hammers owners David Sullivan and David Gold vowed never to sell to Spurs early in their tenure at the club.

And while many fans give very little weight to any pledges the duo and Karren Brady make, it is one particular promise they have kept.
Football Insider claimed last week again that West Ham were willing to sell Soucek after a falling out with Hammers boss Moyes.
A Hammers insider then confirmed all is not well behind the scenes between Soucek and Moyes because the Scot refused to green light a new £95k per week contract for the big Czech (Claret and Hugh).

But an utterly ludicrous new Soucek claim involving West Ham and Tottenham is surely transfer window drivel.
Because Football Insider is claiming to have an “exclusive” that Tottenham have been offered the chance to sign West Ham star Soucek.
The site states that a Spurs source has told them Soucek has been offered to Daniel Levy via agents in a ‘surprising new twist’.
“A source with knowledge of West Ham position’s has told Football Insider that there is a very real chance Soucek will be sold this summer,” Football Insider reports.

The transfer window doesn’t even officially open for another week and we are already having to suffer this kind of tittle tattle garbage.
There is absolutely no chance West Ham will sell Soucek to their bitter rivals Spurs.
To even suggest it as a possibility is laughable.
Football Insider may have been fed the information by their Spurs source but that does not make it true.
If anything it sounds like Tottenham might be deliberately trying to fan the flames after the reports of tension between Moyes and Soucek.

Last week Sky Sports reported that Soucek is still very much part of West Ham’s plans and was not for sale.
“Sky Sports News understands the 27-year-old remains an integral part of manager David Moyes’ plans moving forward,” Sky Sports reported.
“The Czech Republic international has two years left on his contract with the option of a further year.”
Sullivan, Gold and Brady wouldn’t dare.
So this latest claim involving West Ham and Tottenham goes straight in the transfer rumour mill bin.
