West Ham are one of six Premier League clubs in the £15m hunt for Huddersfield Town’s Aaron Mooy, according to Australian media outlet The World Game.
The Hammers will scrap with Newcastle United, Leicester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Watford and Southampton for Mooy.
Huddersfield face a battle to keep their man. After suffering relegation to the Championship, Mooy is likely to leave. But they will hold out for around £15m.

Huddersfield signed the Australia international on loan from Manchester City in the 2016/17 season. Scoring four goals and assisting seven more, Mooy helped the Terriers to promotion via the play-offs.
After winning promotion, Huddersfield signed Mooy permanently. In two seasons in the Premier League, Mooy has scored seven goals and provided four assists.
The 28-year-old is regarded as a midfield playmaker, providing passes and creating chances for Huddersfield. But he is likely to leave with a host of top-flight clubs chasing him.
West Ham fans flocked to Twitter to discuss these Mooy rumours. Here are some tweets from Hammers supporters after hearing that Mooy is a target.
Haha. No thanks.

I don’t get it, he is not better than what we have, he doesn’t even make our squad stronger.

Wouldn’t pay that for him. Hes a decent player but hes not the youngest and would only be back up. Not worth more than about 8mil imo.
