In an exclusive on the Alfredo Pedulla site last night, the respected ITK confirmed West Ham’s bid.
And he says Napoli are now waiting for the Londoners to up their offer because Zielinski is not considered “untouchable” in the transfer market.
“We have long understood that Piotr Zielinski is not untouchable at Naples,” Pedulla said on his website.
“Maurizio Sarri likes the Pole very much, but the salary is high and then Lazio should be a big hit.

“In the meantime, West Ham has moved, which in the next few hours will welcome (Gianluca) Scamacca for visits and signing.
“The British (side) appreciate Zielinski, but the first official proposal for Napoli is too low: 25 million (£17m) plus bonuses. Napoli asks for at least 35 million plus bonuses, we’ll see if West Ham will raise.
“There are currently no confirmations on Bayern’s interest.”
