Some fans have made it abundantly clear they don’t want one of David Moyes’s reported striker targets anywhere near the club.
West Ham have been linked with a new move for Fulham outcast Aleksandar Mitrovic.
It comes as the Hammers look to sign a striker in the summer having sold Sebastien Haller to Ajax for £20million in January.
Mitrovic linked with West Ham again
Mitrovic has been linked with West Ham in the past.
But many West Ham fans are dead against the idea of signing the Serbian.
And it is easy to see why. The 26-year-old has made just 13 starts for Fulham as they were relegated back to the Championship.
The reported West Ham target scored three goals and laid on three assists in yet another season where he struggled to prove himself at Premier League level.

But many West Ham fans simply feel Mitrovic is a Championship striker at best.
He did manage 11 goals in the Premier League for Fulham in the 2018/19 season. And followed that up with 26 in the Championship to help the Cottagers get promoted.
While question marks remain over the reported West Ham target’s ability to score goals in the top flight, he does have an excellent record at international level.
Mitrovic has 41 goals in 64 appearances for Serbia.
He also has a consistently high average match rating of well over 7 throughout his career for his all round play (WhoScored.com).
Some fans make it clear they don’t want Mitrovic despite claims Moyes ‘believes he can succeed at West Ham’
And at 26, it is possible he is yet to reach his peak.
But some West Ham fans just aren’t sure and want to see Moyes go for a better quality striker in the summer.
Here are a selection of comments from West Ham fans on the reported interest in Mitrovic.
