‘So obvious, inevitable’: West Ham fans really worried about Jesse Lingard three-year Manchester United contract rumour

Jesse Lingard could have a three-year Manchester United deal on the table soon after his fine form during a loan spell with West Ham United according to a report from the Sun.

Some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter to share their concerns about the claims.

Lingard has been truly exceptional for West Ham since moving to West Ham from Man United on loan in January.

Jesse has five goals and two assists to his name in just seven games for the Hammers thus far.

David Moyes deserves huge credit for having the foresight to bring the 28-year-old to the Hammers. Not many people at the time thought it was a wise move.

Lingard is arguably the signing of the winter window, however.

West Ham will be desperate to sign him up permanently in the summer.

The Sun reckon that Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been really impressed with Lingard’s form.

It is claimed that the Norwegian is ready to offer the England international a new three-year deal in order to keep him at Old Trafford.

Whether Lingard will want to stay at Man United with Bruno Fernandes blocking his path to the first-team, however, is another matter entirely.

Nonetheless, some West Ham fans are extremely worried about the news that Jesse Lingard could soon have a three-year Manchester United deal on the table…
