West Ham ace Sebastien Haller spoke exclusively to the club’s official website yesterday, and warned his teammates of how difficult Sheffield United will be to play against tomorrow.
The Hammers made a fine start to their Premier League campaign, but a run that has seen them take just one point from three games has put a different spin on their first nine matches.
West Ham now sit in 11th spot in the Premier League table. They do have back-to-back home games to come, however.
Many are expecting the east London outfit to beat the Blades tomorrow, as well as Newcastle the following weekend.
Haller, however, warned his team of what to expect when Sheffield United roll in to town, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website:
“It’s a really difficult game this Saturday. We’ve watched some matches and of course as a player you follow the Premier League. Every weekend you have some surprises, and you know they are a dangerous team. We will prepare like any other game, we don’t underrate any team. It will be a really tough game and we need to be at our best to win it.”
West Ham were extremely poor against Everton last weekend. And they will have to be much better, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of beating the Blades tomorrow.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side are more than capable of beating Chris Wilder’s men, and nothing less than a win will do, if they are to keep alive their top six hopes.
