West Ham have been in the hunt for Samir Nasri for a few days now and they are reportedly closing in on this signing.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, West Ham are close to completing the signing of Nasri.
The 31-year-old is a free agent, having played most recently for Antalyaspor in Turkey.
Manuel Pellegrini believes Nasri can add creativity to the midfield in the absence of Andriy Yarmolenko and Manuel Lanzini.
Nasri and Pellegrini

Nasri would be reunited with Pellegrini – his former Manchester City boss.
The 41-cap former France international joined Man City from Arsenal in 2011 and spent six years at the Etihad.
During that time, he won the Premier League twice, before finally leaving in 2017. In total, he played over 200 Premier League games combined for Arsenal and the Citizens.
Nasri was most recently banned from playing football for doping offences but West Ham could offer him a path back into the game.
Here is what West Ham fans had to say about the potential addition of Nasri.
