West Ham United fans are threatening to boycott the club if David Moyes is appointed as manager.
Co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold are reportedly set to meet with the Scot on Sunday after Manuel Pellegrini’s sacking.
The Chilean was axed on Saturday night following West Ham’s 2-1 home defeat to Leicester City.
Pellegrini has been under intense pressure after West Ham’s nosedive from third to the brink of the relegation zone over the last three months.
West Ham have won just twice in 14 matches during that time.
And they were only kept out of the relegation zone by Watford’s win over Aston Villa.

Pellegrini out, Moyes in?
Hammers supporters have been calling for change.
And they got it on Saturday night when the decision was announced on the club’s official website.
Speculation has been swirling over potential Pellegrini replacements for the last month.
Speaking on Twitter in the wake of the sacking, Sky Sports and talkSPORT presenter Jim White has claimed Sullivan and Gold plan to meet with Moyes.

Owners to meet with Moyes on Sunday?
“So Pellegrini gone and latest is David Moyes to meet with West Ham hierarchy on Sunday,” White claimed about his fellow Scot.
Moyes did a sterling job keeping West Ham up when he was brought in on a six-month contract following the sacking of Slaven Bilic back in November 2017.
But Pellegrini was appointed instead in the summer of 2018 and Moyes has been out of work ever since.
Fans believe that is a damning indictment of his standing in the game.
The Hammers faithful have been flooding social media, fans forums and radio phone-ins voicing their disapproval.
And being out of contract he will be cheap to employ, another bone of contention for fans when it comes to unpopular owners Sullivan and Gold.

Furious fans threaten to riot if Moyes is appointed
Supporters want to see a fresh approach with West Ham showing some ambition by luring a successful manager from another club.
And Hammers fans have even threatened to boycott the club should Moyes be appointed against their wishes.
Fans are urging one another to stop attending matches, protest and even riot such is the strength of feeling.
Here are a selection of posts on Twitter from West Ham fans threatening action if Moyes is hired.
