Hammers boss David Moyes wants to bring the 19-year-old Reading starlet to the London Stadium according to the Reading Chronicle.
The French play-maker usually operates in the number 10 position although he can play on either wing as well.
He is certainly similar in playing style to Villa ace Jack Grealish.

Olise has been in superb form for Reading this season. He has racked up five goals and 10 assists in 37 Championship games for the Royals (Transfermarkt).
The teenager has an £8 million release clause inserted into his contract at Reading (The Athletic).
West Ham could be getting the new Jack Grealish in the form of Michael Olise
Olise would be a sensational addition for the Hammers. It won’t be easy for Moyes to sign him, however, with Bayern Munich thought to be leading the race for his signature (TEAMtalk).
Eurosport reckon that the Reading teenager has similar potential to Aston Villa star Jack Grealish.

The 25-year-old Villans ace has fully established himself as one of the Premier League’s best players.
He was in sensational form this season before an injury disrupted his campaign, with seven goals and 12 assists to his name in 23 games (Transfermarkt).
If Olise goes on to become even half the player that Grealish is, he will be a top class star.
And hopefully West Ham find a way of winning the race for his signature this summer.
