According to a report from Football Insider, West Ham will only sell Issa Diop if their £52 million valuation is met, amidst claims that Tottenham want to sign the centre-back.
The 23-year-old joined the Hammers from Toulouse in the summer of 2018 for around £22.5 million (Mirror).

The Frenchman really impressed in his debut campaign in the Premier League, but he struggled for form and consistency during the first half of this season.
Diop has improved dramatically over the past month or so, however.
The West Ham ace has all the makings of a star of the future. And Hammers boss David Moyes will surely be keen to keep hold of him.
Football Insider claims that the east London outfit could sell Diop to Tottenham, however…on one condition.
As long as Spurs meet West Ham’s £52 million valuation of the 23-year-old, he reportedly could very well be moving from east London to north London.
In 23 Premier League games this season, Diop has racked up 24 tackles, 39 interceptions and 122 clearances. He has also won 64% of his individual duals and 74% of his aerial battles (premierleague.com).
The Frenchman, who earns £60,000 per week according to the Metro, will be keen to win trophies.
And if West Ham fail to show any kind of ambition during the course of the next transfer window, he might just be tempted to move on.
And if Tottenham make a £52 million offer for Diop, his time at the London Stadium could very well come to an end.
