West Ham are one of the clubs discussing a potential deal for Layvin Kurzawa.
According to Foot Mercato, three Premier League clubs have started discussions with Paris Saint-Germain defender Kurzawa. Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United have joined West Ham in the race for the France international.
Thomas Tuchel is ready to let Kurzawa leave PSG. He has only played 12 times this season, including just once in the Champions League. PSG seem to have moved on and will let him move to the Premier League.
In total, Kurzawa has played 112 times for PSG since his 2015 move from Monaco. He has never played outside of France but it looks like he has options in England this winter.
Layvin Kurzawa: The ideal Hammers addition?

Kurzawa plays at left-back and this is an area where West Ham could improve. Aaron Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku share the duties but neither has reached their top form in the last two seasons.
Cresswell has not quite been the same since a long-term injury while Masuaku’s defending is constantly questioned. Kurzawa might be the ideal replacement for one of these left-backs with the other staying on as a back-up choice.
Kurzawa has Champions League and Ligue 1 experience, as well as playing a handful of games for the French national team. The 27-year-old is at the right age to kick on in the Premier League so he would be an exciting capture.
