West Ham are one of the clubs chasing Queens Park Rangers star Eberechi Eze, according to The Sun.

Chelsea and Leicester City have joined West Ham in regularly scouting Eze for QPR this season. Tottenham Hotspur are also keen but Mauricio Pochettino’s exit might impact this move.

West Ham have had scouts watching Eze and they would have been impressed yesterday. QPR drew 1-1 with Derby County and Eze scored the goal for the Hoops – from the penalty spot.

Eze is a wondrous young talent who has already dealt with lots of rejection in his time. Released by Arsenal and Millwall as a kid, Eze could make a big move to the Premier League with West Ham, Chelsea or Leicester.

The England U21 starlet plays as an attacking midfielder, operating centrally or sometimes on the wing. This season, he has taken his game to new heights.

In 20 games for QPR, he has scored seven goals and provided four assists. Eze now has 13 goals and nine assists in just over 80 matches for the West London club as he continues to improve.

Eze and Diangana have been in great form this season. West Ham’s attacking midfield line could be scary next season if Diangana returns and Eze signs. QPR want £20m, though.
