West Ham are among the clubs interested in signing Jamaican duo Kevon Lambert and Junior Flemmings, according to TEAMtalk.
Phoenix Rising players Lambert and Flemmings are being eyed by West Ham, Crystal Palace and Reading. Didier Drogba, who co-owns Phoenix Rising, is working on a deal to get this pair to England.
Drogba has recommended Lambert and Flemmings to Chelsea. However, West Ham could swoop before the Blues to win the race. With Chelsea currently under a transfer ban, West Ham could have the advantage in this pursuit.
Who are Lambert and Flemmings?

Lambert is a 6ft 3in central midfielder who can also play in defence. A graduate of Montego Bay’s academy, the 22-year-old moved to Phoenix Rising in 2017 and has since played 70 times for the club, scoring eight times.
West Ham need a new central midfielder and Lambert could fit the bill as a wildcard addition. The Jamaica international is strong and powerful and this is something lacking in West Ham’s current midfield.
Meanwhile, Flemmings is a winger, who can also play as a striker. West Ham are missing some pace on the wings and the option for an extra attacker, which might prompt them into moving for Flemmings.
The 23-year-old hit 16 league goals last season and he has previous experience with Tampa Bay Rowdies and New York Red Bulls II. Whether he is the striker West Ham need remains to be seen. But Drogba rates the pair of them very highly.
