According to a report from Sky Sports, West Ham boss David Moyes will have £40 million to spend in the summer transfer window.
The Hammers are currently in real relegation trouble.

Whenever football resumes, West Ham will kick off just two points clear of 19th placed Aston Villa, having played a game more than Dean Smith’s side.
Moyes has already spent a fair bit of cash since returning to the London Stadium at the end of December.
West Ham signed Jarrod Bowen from Hull for £22 million (The Guardian), Darren Randolph for £4 million from Middlesbrough (Daily Mail), and Tomas Soucek on loan from Slavia Prague for a £3.5 million loan fee (The Guardian).
The Hammers have the option to make the Czech’s deal a permanent one, if they avoid the drop for a further £13.5 million (The Guardian).
If West Ham do stay up, £40 million seems like a very measly amount. Unless the Hammers owners plan on sanctioning multiple sales in order to bolster Moyes’s war-chest.
And that would not surprise the West Ham fans in the slightest.
There are bargains out there, however
Moyes did suggest recently that he will be looking to bring young and hungry players to the London Stadium in the future.
So perhaps he will be able to pick up a few bargains if that is indeed the case.
West Ham have been linked with QPR ace Eberechi Eze, who could be available for just £9 million (Daily Star). The Hammers allegedly want £20 million-rated Brentford striker Ollie Watkins as well (The Sun).
So there are options out there for the east London outfit.
But even so, £40 million seems like a very small summer budget in this day and age.
