According to a report from Manchester Evening News, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rates West Ham ace Declan Rice very highly.

Man United have been linked with a move to sign the 21-year-old Hammers ace previously.
The Daily Mail claimed in November last year that Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had identified £80 million-rated Declan Rice as his priority transfer target.
Rice, who earns £60k-a-week (Daily Star), has been incredible for West Ham over the past two years or so. He has undoubtedly been our most consistent performer. Considering his age, that is quite something.

In 13 Premier League games for West Ham this season, the England international has averaged 1.8 tackles, 2.2 interceptions, 1.1 clearances and 1.2 dribbles per game. He has won an average of 1.2 aerial duals per match. Rice has also recorded an impressive pass completion rate of 87.7% from 49.5 passes per game (Who Scored).
It seems as though everyone outside of the London Stadium are now realising just how good the 21-year-old is as well.

If Man United want to bring Rice to Old Trafford, he certainly won’t come cheap.
The Hammers absolutely have to do everything within their power to keep the 21-year-old at the London Stadium, however.
He is vital to our hopes of achieving success over the next few years.
Whether the West Ham owners will be able to resist Manchester United if they come knocking, however, remains to be seen.
