West Ham United are having their job done for them in the transfer market according to a new report.
Various reports claim the Hammers have little or not money to spend this month.
And the lack of activity is angering an already disaffected fanbase.
David Moyes – like Manuel Pellegrini before him – is sorely lacking in several key areas.

Things becoming increasingly desperate for West Ham
West Ham are desperately in need of reinforcements this month.
Moyes needs a new right-back, at least one midfielder and a forward.
But recruiting an energetic, powerful and athletic central midfielder is a must.
West Ham seem to only be interested in loan deals in this window. That’s despite a new spend of just £27million in the last THREE windows to date.
They missed out on Gedson Fernandes to bitter rivals Tottenham.

Kessie offered on a plate, so what are Hammers waiting for?
The Mirror claimed at the weekend that the Hammers were still interested in AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie.
And yesterday The Evening Standard even claimed the player has been OFFERED to West Ham on a plate AND as a loan deal.
Perfect for what David Sullivan – who is now heading up recruitment again after the departure of Mario Husillos – and David Moyes want and need one might think.
So it has left fans thinking ‘what are they waiting for?’.
The Evening Standard states Kessie is available on loan.
“Kessie is keen on a move to England and intermediaries have been sounding out sides in England, including West Ham, to see if a deal is conceivable,” The Evening Standard reports.

Club dragging its heels into relegation mix
Yet West Ham continue to drag their heels and go into yet another vital Premier League match tonight at Leicester with no reinforcements.
A heavy defeat to the Foxes could even put West Ham in the bottom three.
Victory would move West Ham up to 15th. But recent results mean the Hammers are in the battle against the drop for the rest of the season.
Realistically the club needs to win five of its remaining 16 games.
