According to Sport Bild (Print edition, Wednesday March 24th) and relayed via Transfermarkt, West Ham could pick up Stuttgart hitman Sasa Kalajdzic for just €25 million this summer (£21 million).
Hammers boss David Moyes will be desperate to bolster his centre-forward ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
Having sold Sebastien Haller to Ajax in January, the Scot now has Michail Antonio as the only senior striker at his disposal.
One name to have already been linked with a move to West Ham is Sasa Kalajdzic.
The Daily Mail claimed last week that the Hammers want to sign the 23-year-old Stuttgart ace.
West Ham should be going all out for Sasa Kalajdzic
The 23-year-old is a target man type striker.
Standing at 6ft 7 in, it is easy to see why he is so good in the air. The Austria international possesses very good technique as well, however.
He has scored 13 goals in 25 Bundesliga games for Stuttgart so far this season. Considering the fact that he has made just 15 starts and played only 1452 minutes, that really is a very impressive return (Who Scored).
The Austria international has so much talent.
Whether he is ideally suited to the Premier League is unknown, however. And we will only that find out if he ends up moving to England from the Bundesliga.
Signing Kalajdzic would involve some risk – as all transfers do.
We think West Ham should pay the £21.5 million requited for the 23-year-old, however. That fee could end up looking like pocket change in a few years time.
