West Ham boss David Moyes wants to bring the Fiorentina centre-back to the London Stadium this summer (Gianluca Di Marzio).
Meanwhile, Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring the Serbia international to Anfield as well according to Corriere dello Sport (February 27th, page 19).

With news of Liverpool’s interest in Milenkovic, it seemed as though West Ham’s hopes of signing him could be dead and buried.
There could be some good news for the Hammers, however.
Liverpool cooling interest in Nikola Milenkovic could leave door wide open for West Ham
According to a report from Corriere Fiorentino (Print edition, April 2nd, page 11), Liverpool scouts are concerned by the 23-year-old’s recent performances for Serbia.
So much so that they are now questioning whether to make a move for him in the summer.

West Ham need to use this to their advantage.
Despite his below par showings for Serbia, Milenkovic has everything you look for in a centre-back.
In 27 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina this season, the Serbian has scored three goals and registered one assist.
In those outings, he has averaged 1.4 tackles, 1.2 interceptions, 3.3 clearances and 0.9 blocks per match. The 23-year-old has won an average of 3.4 aerial duals per game and has an 85.8% pass completion rate from an average of 51.2 passes per match (Who Scored).
The Serb could be picked up for just £25 million this summer according to Calcio Mercato.
That seems like very good value. And West Ham need to swoop in if Liverpool are dithering. Milenkovic would be a truly sensational addition for the Hammers.
