David Moyes doesn’t believe that Felipe Anderson has the work ethic needed to succeed at West Ham United according to a report from the Sun.

The 27-year-old joined the Hammers from Lazio in the summer of 2018 for a fee that could eventually rise to £41.5 million (BBC).
The Brazilian moved to the London Stadium amidst massive fanfare. He had a very big reputation. And the South American didn’t disappoint during his first season with West Ham.
Anderson’s form fell off a cliff after the first half of the 2019/20 season, however.

The former Lazio ace just hasn’t been the same player over the past 12 months. Anderson is totally devoid of confidence and he has such a long way to go if he is to return to his very best form.
The 27-year-old joined Porto on loan in October last year but he has endured a torrid time in Portugal.

The Sun claims that West Ham want to sell the Brazilian winger in the summer. And the East London outfit are allegedly ready to take a huge hit on the fee they paid for his services nearly three years go.

It would be nice if we manage to get around £20 million for Anderson. If we’re being honest, however, there is absolutely no chance of that.
West Ham will probably be lucky to sell the Brazilian for £10 million. And the 27-year-old is yet another example of the Hammers’ shocking approach to transfer business before David Moyes arrived.
The sooner Anderson is moved on the better.
That will be easier said than done for West Ham, however.
