West Ham United are still extremely active in the transfer market in the latter stages of deadline day it seems.
Deadline day is now upon us, and West Ham boss David Moyes seemingly still has plenty of work to do before tonight’s 11pm cut-off.
The Hammers boss has brought Kalvin Phillips to the club in the January transfer window, but he clearly needs some attacking reinforcements with so many forwards being linked with the exit door.
In my view, Moyes absolutely has to get the signing of a versatile forward through the door before the window slams shut, if we are to maintain our fine start to the season.
However, it appears as though there is more talk of players leaving than coming into the London Stadium right now…

Potentially 3 out and 1 in at West Ham on deadline day
Jacob Steinberg has claimed that Said Benrahma, Pablo Fornals and Maxwel Cornet could all leave the Hammers before 11pm tonight.
The journalist with high level sources at the London Stadium has also claimed that West Ham are looking to bring in a winger on loan before the window closes.
So who could that be? Well, we’ve been linked with the likes of Ibrahim Osman, Jota, Steven Bergwijn and Jack Clarke this winter. And if we are to sign someone, I reckon it will be one of those four players.
The thing is, if we allow the three players mentioned above to leave the club, we will need to bring at least one forward in.
It would be negligent in the extreme of the club to let three players leave without bringing any replacements in.
Surely the owners won’t leave Moyes that short with the club in such a strong position right now would they?
With just seven hours remaining before the window closes on deadline day, West Ham had better act fast, that’s for sure.
