West Ham have serious problems up front.
£45 million signing Sebastien Haller is misfiring, and Albian Ajeti is clearly not trusted by Manuel Pellegrini.
The Hammers moved five forwards on in the summer, including the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Andy Carroll and Javier Hernandez.

So the addition of a top class hitman in January will be an absolute priority for West Ham.
Especially if Ajeti is sold to Besiktas (Sporx).
And with this in mind, the Hammers should consider a move for Chelsea hitman Michy Batshuayi in January.
The Blues signed the Belgian from Marseille in the summer of 2016 for a fee believed to be worth £33.2 million (BBC Sport).
He has struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge, however.
The 26-year-old is playing second fiddle to Tammy Abraham this season, and Chelsea might just be tempted to sell him, if the price is right.
Batshuayi is incredibly quick, and his ability to stretch the opposition’s defence would provide West Ham with a totally different threat in the final third.
The Belgium international would also help bring out the best in Haller. The two would compliment each other perfectly.
If given a run of regular games, the speedy striker could really flourish at the London Stadium.
Quite how much the Hammers would have to pay for him, however, is unclear.
But should West Ham manage to move Ajeti on, and replace him with Batshuayi, they will be in a much stronger position than the one they are currently in.
