According to a report from 90Min, the Hammers are interested in signing the 25-year-old Hoops ace this summer.
David Moyes will be absolutely desperate to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek have forged a wonderful partnership in the middle of the park.
Moyes has little cover for the international duo, however.

Olivier Ntcham a potential free signing for West Ham?
Football Insider claims that Celtic are trying to exploit a loophole in the French midfielder’s contract that would see him leave Parkhead a year earlier than expected.
And if he is available for nothing, the Hammers should be all over it.
The 25-year-old is a powerful box-to-box midfielder. He was valued at around £12 million this time last year (Football Insider).

Ntcham has all of the qualities needed to succeed in the Premier League.
And with funds tight at the London Stadium, West Ham could do a lot worse than signing the former Manchester City midfielder for absolutely nothing this summer.
The 25-year-old has struggled over the past few months during a loan spell with Marseille, however.
So that may well be a red flag for the Hammers.
Ntcham possesses genuine class, however. We think that Moyes should overlook the Frenchman’s struggles this season and take a punt on signing him.
