Hammers boss David Moyes will be prioritising the addition of a top class centre-forward this summer.
One name to have been linked with a move to the London Stadium is Hoops ace Odsonne Edouard (AS Roma Live).
It was suggested last month that West Ham were actually leading the race to sign the 23-year-old striker (AS Roma Live).

The Hammers’ hopes were dashed earlier this week, however. It was reported that Leicester were at the front of the queue for Edouard (Daily Mail).
The tables now appear to have turned though.
Odsonne Edouard door now open for West Ham?
Football Insider claims that with Leicester’s attention now focused on signing Patson Daka, the Hammers could swoop in for the French hitman.
The Foxes are said to be closing in on a £25m deal to sign the 22-year-old RB Salzburg ace (Daily Mail).

We think that Edouard would be a very good signing for West Ham. And his reported £15 million price-tag makes signing him well within our range.
The 23-year-old has racked up an impressive 83 goals and 37 assists in 168 games for Celtic (Transfermarkt). He scored 22 goals in 40 games last season (Transfermarkt).
The Hoops hitman is big and strong, possesses good movement and is clinical in front of goal.

If West Ham can actually sign Edouard for £15 million, it seems like an absolute no-brainer for David Moyes. We can’t really afford to miss out for that kind of money.
And Football Insider’s latest update is a very encouraging one to say the least.
