West Ham United face a big problem in January transfer window, with Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe allegedly lining up a move to sign one of our key transfer targets.
Julen Lopetegui and Eddie Howe are both expected to be very busy men in the January transfer window, if they are still in charge of West Ham and Newcastle by the time it rolls around of course!
The Hammers have some exciting moves planned, including a potential move to sign Chelsea star Carney Chukwuemeka.
Lopetegui desperately needs at least two top-class additions this winter.

Newcastle are in the same boat, with Howe desperate to bring reinforcements to St James’ Park before the end of next month.
And it seems like the Hammers and the Magpies could be on a collision course in the race to bring a truly elite player back to the Premier League.
Newcastle could hijack West Ham’s move to sign ex-Chelsea star in January
So the Hammers seemingly face a very big problem this winter.
One of our key targets is believed to be Fikayo Tomori, according to a report from Milan Live.
However, the bad news is that Newcastle are well in the running for his signature as well, whilst Aston Villa are monitoring his situation too.
West Ham have been heavily linked with a move to sign Tomori, both during his Chelsea days and since he joined AC Milan.
The 26-year-old centre-back is a top-class player, and it goes without saying that he’d be a big upgrade on Konstantinos Mavropanos.

I believe he’s a better centre-back than Todibo as well.
Tomori has been one of the standout centre-backs in Serie A over the past three years or so.
The former Chelsea man is incredibly strong in the air, and possesses decent pace. He’s an intelligent defender and his positional awareness is absolutely spot on.
Calcio Mercato have claimed that the centre-back could be available for just £25 million in January – truly outstanding value in this day and age.
Fikayo Tomori has been described as ‘unstoppable’ by an AC Milan website, and I would absolutely love him at West Ham, but Newcastle and Aston Villa entering the race has certainly changed things.
