West Ham could turn to ex-Millwall goalkeeper Jordan Archer to solve the goalkeeper problems, according to The Guardian.
The Hammers have not won a game since September, coinciding with Lukasz Fabianski’s injury. While all the problems cannot be attributed to Roberto, the hapless goalkeeper is a major part of the slump.
Roberto replaced Adrian in the summer but his struggles between the sticks continue. The 33-year-old is not filling the fans or his team-mates with confidence as he regularly concedes avoidable goals.
West Ham’s hierarchy is worried about the goalkeeper situation. Fabianski is brilliant but West Ham have become over-reliant on him. This is why Archer has suddenly become a target.
Millwall fans laugh at Archer rumours

Archer, 26, was most recently at West Ham’s fierce rivals Millwall. At The New Den, he was criticised for error-prone displays and he even lost his place to David Martin – who can’t get a game ahead of Roberto.
Millwall fans inevitably think this is hilarious. They don’t rate Archer and would love to see him making the same mistakes for the Irons. Here are some tweets from Millwall fans about the West Ham-Archer links.
