West Ham United have been linked with a move for Liverpool attacker Xherdan Shaqiri.
West Ham are in the market for five or six players this summer.
Manuel Pellegrini is believed to be targeting two forwards, two midfielders and a defender. It comes after he resolved his goalkeeper situation last week.
West Ham have already been linked with upwards of 40 players this summer.

Hammers linked with Shaqiri
And one of those is Liverpool forward Shaqiri.
Jurgen Klopp is willing to sell Shaqiri this summer as he does not fit his tactical style according to The Metro.
Fellow Hammers site Claret & Hugh have claimed West Ham want Shaqiri and must pay the £22.5million asking price to get him.
But the player himself has wasted little time ruling out a move to West Ham, or anyone else for that matter.

‘I will definitely stay’
Shaqiri told Goal and SPOX (as also reported by Sky Sports) he would rather fight for his place at Anfield.
“I’m at Liverpool FC, the best club in Europe,” Shaqiri told Goal and SPOX.
“The manager has many good options and has to decide who can play. I knew before my transfer that the competition here is very tough.

Second time West Ham have tasted Shaqiri rejection
The 27-year-old rejected the Hammers in favour of a move to Liverpool last summer (Football London).
Ironically Shaqiri could come up against West Ham star Declan Rice when England face Switzerland in the Nations League third place play-off at the weekend.
