The 26-year-old seems all set to join the Hammers in a deal worth around €30 million (£25 million) according to the likes of Fabrizio Romano.
So David Moyes may well have finally got his hands on his man.
Zouma would be an exceptional addition for West Ham. ExWHUemployee claimed earlier today that the Hammers are confident of getting a deal done for the Chelsea centre-back.

Kurt Zouma West Ham medical booked?
GFFN reckon that the 26-year-old is set to undergo his medical tomorrow ahead of a proposed move to the London Stadium.
This one seems as though it’s all but done. And £25 million for a player with Zouma’s quality and winning experience is actually very good value.
The Athletic describe the Frenchman as an ‘exceptional’ defender.

Zouma is an absolute warrior, has power and pace in abundance and has real athleticism.
In 24 Premier League outings for Chelsea last season, Zouma averaged 0.7 tackles, 1.2 interceptions and 3.8 clearances per game. He also won an average of 3.6 aerial duels per match (Who Scored).
He is a top-class defender.
