West Ham United and Manchester United are currently at a stand-off with regards to Jesse Lingard according to a report from club insiders Claret and Hugh.

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers on loan from Man United in January.
Jesse has already had a huge impact at the London Stadium. The England international has established himself as a vital player for David Moyes in a really short period of time.
Lingard has five goals and two assists to his name in just seven games for West Ham so far.
It will be so important for the Hammers to sign the 28-year-old permanently from Manchester United in the summer.

It seems as though the 28-year-old’s future under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Old Trafford is bleak with Bruno Fernandes at the club.
Claret and Hugh claims that the Hammers and the Red Devils are currently at a stand-off with regards to Lingard, however.
It is also suggested that there will be strong competition for Lingard’s signature this summer with Leicester City, Roma and Fiorentina all interested in signing the England international.
Lingard does seem very happy at West Ham. So that will undoubtedly work in our favour.
The last thing the Hammers need is to become involved in a bidding war for the 28-year-old in the summer, however.
Let’s just hope that the West Ham owners move heaven and earth to bring Jesse to the London Stadium permanently. Because life without Lingard seems hard to comprehend at the moment.
