Insider: West Ham ace Pedro Obiang will be sold after China trip

According to ExWHUemployee, West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang should be sold from the club when the team return from their pre-season trip to China.

The Equatorial Guinea international is valued at around £10 million by the Hammers, according to the Sun.

And Italian duo Sassuolo and Bologna are leading the race for his signature.

Obiang joined West Ham from Sampdoria in the summer of 2015, and he has gone on to make 116 appearances in all competitions for the east London outfit.

The Hammers now have incredibly strong options in the middle of the park, however. So the 27-year-old will be keen to leave this summer in order to find more regular game-time.

The midfielder has been a fine servant for West Ham. The time now seems right to move him on, however, for all parties involved.

If he does end up leaving east London, he will always be remembered for his incredible strike away at Tottenham in January of last year.

And ExWHUemployee claimed on Twitter that said exit could be very close…
