Insider report: Bolton Wanderers among teams interested in signing West Ham's Nathan Holland on loan

West Ham are likely to send young winger Nathan Holland out on loan. According to trusted West Ham insider EXWHUEmployee, Holland has received numerous loan offers.

The Hammers have never sent Holland out on loan. But the 21-year-old will spend some time away from the club this summer to prove himself in senior football.

Holland has only ever played once for West Ham’s first-team, although he got close to a call-up last season. He sat on the bench at Old Trafford in the Premier League after a string of impressive performances for the U23 team.

In just 11 Premier League 2 games, Holland scored twice and provided eight assists after returning from a lengthy injury. His fine form has continued into pre-season and now he has earned his chance to move on loan.

Bolton Wanderers are one of the clubs interested in the former Everton winger, EXWHUEmployee has confirmed. The cash-strapped Trotters are in turmoil at the moment as a takeover stalls.

Formerly a Premier League side, Bolton are now in League One with hardly any players. They have started the season on minus 12 points and lost their first game at Wycombe Wanderers.

Holland would provide Bolton with a timely boost. Not only would the former England U19 winger add an extra face to their squad, but he would also provide excitement if he can carry his U23 form into the senior arena.

However, there might be better options on the table for the young winger. Holland is a man in-demand and there are likely to be Championship clubs and League One promotion hopefuls in the race, too.
