ExWHUemployee has suggested that the West Ham owners are losing patience with Mario Husillos.
The Argentine joined the Hammers as Director of Football in the summer of 2018, and he has overseen some really poor signings.

Roberto and Carlos Sanchez take the biscuit, but there have been plenty more questionable additions over the past 18 months.
Jack Wilshere, Pablo Fornals, and Albian Ajeti have all struggled to impress at West Ham.
And the Hammers cannot afford to make any more mistakes in the transfer market next time around.
And ExWHUemployee claimed that David Sullivan and David Gold are already losing patience with Husillos, when speaking on the West Ham Way podcast last night (Tuesday, December 3rd):
“The club are losing patience with Husillos. this was always going to be an awkward thing for the club because we all know how much David Sullivan loves doing transfers. And now on the back of the Roberto signing, you could probably throw Sanchez in there, Ajeti maybe. Fornals, still question marks over him. Yarmolenko, still question marks over him.”
West Ham desperately need to strengthen their squad in January. But whether Sullivan and Gold trust Husillos and Pellegrini enough to back them in the market is debatable.
Much will depend on how West Ham do over the next month. The problem is, if they climb the table and are in a good position come January, the owners might be tempted to keep things as they are.
This would be a dangerous game, however. The West Ham squad clearly needs attention, and the owners must not allow a few good results to paper over the cracks.
