ExWHUemployee has today claimed that it is possible that West Ham could hijack Wolves’ reported move for AC Milan ace Patrick Cutrone.

Well-renowned Italian football expert Gianluca Di Marzio claimed yesterday that Wolves are lining up a £16 million move for the Italian hitman.

The Hammers could be set to hijack the Black Country outfit’s attempt to sign Cutrone, however, according to ExWHUemployee:

The 21-year-old has a decent, if not spectacular,  goalscoring record for Milan. He’s bagged 27 goals in 90 appearances for the Italian giants.

He does seem to be a real star of the future, however. And he would undoubtedly be a useful addition for either West Ham or Wolves.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side do have European football to offer Cutrone, however. So that might just give them the advantage over the east London outfit.

For £16 million, the Italian would have to be considered as a real bargain, but quite where he will be plying his trade next term remains to be seen.

He seems to be ideally suited to both West Ham and Wolves’ playing style. So the decision will be solely up to the player now.
