Reliable West Ham insider EXWHUEmployee has tweeted to tell his followers that a move for Ivan Perisic is unlikely.
West Ham have been linked with Perisic this week but EXWHUEmployee – who has a strong track record of transfer story accuracy – believes this probably will not happen.
Ivan Perisic rumours
According to reports in the Italian media, West Ham have joined other Premier League teams such as Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur in the hunt for Perisic.
Inter Milan winger Perisic could be up for a summer move and West Ham have explored the possibility of signing him, according to Gazzetta dello Sport via Sport Witness.
It is thought that the 30-year-old would cost between €35m and €40m, meaning West Ham could be paying up to £35m if they pressed ahead with this deal.

Insider dismisses Ivan Perisic links
However, EXWHUEmployee has taken to Twitter to quash these rumours. When asked by West Ham fan account Rob Lindsell whether the deal was “highly unlikely”, EXWHUEmployee responded with “exactly what you said”.
Perisic is a highly-rated winger who is expected to move to the Premier League this summer. He has previously enjoyed success in Germany and France and could now test himself in England.
The Croatia international helped his country to the World Cup final this summer, scoring and providing an assist in the 2-1 semi-final win over England.
But a move to West Ham appears to be off the cards for now, as confirmed by EXWHUEmployee on Twitter.
